What’s the point of waiting in such a long line? If you’re low, and turning your car on and off as the line moves you might still run out in the line trying to min max it.
Not to mention, 0% chance the station has any gas left by the time you get there anyway. You’ll just be waiting at the front of the line for the next delivery that might never come.

Makes perfect sense - you could just as easily run out of gas while looking for a place without a line.
