Volnov said he was able to fully identify all the officials involved and learn which companies were participating. He added that he then told them bluntly that Ukrainian drones could reach any facility in Russia’s military-industrial complex.
“Very soon everything there will be burning,” he wrote, adding that prison “from their own side” and “inevitable” punishment from Ukraine’s security service, the SBU, awaited the Russian officials.
He described the reaction as immediate. “These ‘strategists’ and desk rats caught a collective wave of panic and started dropping out of the conference one by one,” Volnov wrote.
He added: “It’s too late to hide, scum. We see every one of your meetings, we record every frightened face, and we know every account where you’re hiding stolen money.”
He signed off with a warning of further disruptions: “Wait for new surprises. More to come. Glory to Ukraine’s Armed Forces.”

I am guessing that it’s to stop them from using video conferences to communicate. This forces them them have to get together in person more often.
When Ukraine launches a drone strike, Russia stops airline traffic. Airplanes are also in poor condition with many flights canceled due to santions. Fuel shortages are also ongoing and constant with Ukraines refinery hits.
Taking out video conferences as a tool, increase the cost and decreases the speed that the officials can coordinate their efforts.
Scared officials make stupid tactical and strategic decisions. Also it’ll make anyone considering joining such groups reconsider out of fear for their life
