Yes, in a US stated war that Germany has no claims. If you can send troops to Afghanistan, which you had no reason to help because Afghanistan didn’t attack NATO ( if it was actually about 9/11 terrorists, Saudi Arabia should have been invaded), then German can supply weapons to Ukraine.
