Construction works on the railway section from Kriva Palanka to the tunnel between Bulgaria and North Macedonia, part of Pan-European Transport Corridor VIII, are expected to begin in the summer. The public procurement procedure for selecting a supervisor for the third stage of the route on the territory of North Macedonia has already been launched, and within the next ten days a tender for selecting a contractor is also expected to be announced, North Macedonia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski told journalists here on Thursday.
