      Iirc, Trump’s original bill contained zero help for ukraine and cutting like 20% of the US military budget and personnel in the Eastern Sentry . It was actually a Congresssional majority of Reps and Dems that then force changed the budget to include (some) help to Ukriane and to keep the US Mil Eastern Sentry budget as is.
