          Iirc, Trump’s original bill contained zero help for ukraine and cutting like 20% of the US military budget and personnel in the Eastern Sentry . It was actually a Congresssional majority of Reps and Dems that then force changed the budget to include (some) help to Ukriane and to keep the US Mil Eastern Sentry budget as is.

    Well the people in charge of the military clearly disagree, and they don’t answer to you any more, congress. What are you going to do about it? They’re just gonna use that money to murder Venezuelans and boost Russia.
