London tube workers strike lead to surge in bicycles use.

Lime bikes saw their numbers spike, but they don’t have enough bikes to make everybody happy.

So some people resorted to a ‘trick’: taking away the pedals, so no one else can use the Lime bike until theyvare back!

I suppose the next step is to buy your own pedals for the bikes so if so you can still use one when someone flogs them

If you don’t like being inconvenienced, the solution is to pressure London to capitulate to the transit workers’ demands so the strike stops.

Shame on the UK for not openly allowing private e-scooters, which would alleviate strain on the demand for shared e-bikes.

There’s about a billion other options that also use pedals that are not Lime, they even have whole shops dedicated to them, handily named: Bicycle Shop.
