Thats the correct answer. If too much stupid stuff gets past the block filters its handy just to switch to the subscribed tab.

Of course this may not get rid of people posting tiring stuff on the subscribed instances, but block filters also seem to work for communities - honestly, thats what I mainly use as instance blocks seem too overboard. Overtly sexist or ageist instances get blocked tho.

Mental conditions are never as straight faced as they may seem. Multi variableness is a factor that shouldnt be dismissed.
