Good read. I’ve had memory problems since I was 10. But it was usually things I didn’t care about. I remembered what was important and that’s what got me to where I am now. I heard that eating walnuts is good for brain health and memory. Not sure how true this is.

Sounds like pseudoscientific horseshit relating to how walnuts kinda look like little brains.

That being said, nuts are a healthy snack.

Mediterranean diets are good for health all around, including in the brain.

A big part of a intermediate diet is tree nuts. What else, fish, olive oil, salad, idk all sorts of good shit they’ve way more food plants down there than the north.

Gotta watch out on the spinach, it’s one of the most heavily pesticided crops.

I use alternatives, ones that grow in the wild. It’s free too. Stinging nettle being choice.

It depends on location more than time. I now live in the forest. It’s all around me. In the city fuck yeah it’s more trouble than it’s worth, and anything in the city is suspect for heavy metals and pfas and pesticides and runoff and industrial waste and, … it’s a long list, but yeah it is too much time if you live in the city, or even the suburbs perhaps. In the country it is not after you know where it grows.
