    Honestly, biggest issue I have with anarchism is it needs a very high trust society to start with.

    But anarchists are welcomed here, I believe electoral, sortitional and anarchist democracies are all different paradigms towards the same goal.

    Except electoral systems are getting more and more detached from what public wants. And the incentives just aren’t there to fix them.

    Even with voluntary anarchism it’s high social trust, but then again, I know more about sortition than anarchy so I’m open to learn how they approach governance.

      Interesting read, sortition had always been an example of “wacky” governing theories, I didn’t realise it had such an established track record. The main linch pin I see for this sort of government is who enforces/facilitates the selection of delegates and the transfer of power. There would need to be a lot of checks to make sure that body doesn’t become the true power holders.
