    “I’d like to reiterate how difficult it is to have granola infected with salmonella. It’s even more difficult than chili peppers, and no, it’s not ‘foreign producers’ that are the problem,” Chef Joe Gera wrote on X. “It’s quality control and standards not being enforced.”

    They literally don’t care about us. These giant corporations and rich assholes have almost all of the money and power, but it’s never enough. They’ll relax regulations and standards to increase profits and if people die, oh well!

      And funny enough because every supplier has now lowered their standards, it means every manufacturer has to spend more doing checks to see if raw materials are actually up to quality required.
