Two years ago it would be low. However Russia has long been forced to be careful where and how they use tanks because they don’t have more in storage or coming to replace losses. They can make one to three or day depending on which expert you believe but cannot sustain losses more than that.

Russia is known to have a lot of tanks but they are needed for real purposes and cannot be risked.
