How many women don’t gain weight?

Just kidding don’t answer that, I was being facetious.

Let me repeat. It is NORMAL to gain weight.

Edit: previous studies show only 1 in 3 women gained the proper amount of weight.

So your advice is actually harmful, way to go!

If you are overweight before getting prego…adding more weight is bad! The baby is a different thing. If you are 500lb and get prego, you will be told to lose weight 100%.

      Your source: trust me bro
