None of this is a monolith, the US department of “war” is one of the largest employers on earth. Contradictions abound and though Trump and Vance are on Putin’s side they only have so much political capacity to clearly sabotage Ukraine before it threatens to topple the political party that repeatedly betrays Ukraine… which is the limit we are approaching and in many ways have surpassed.

Remember, cowards always jump ship to the winning side once they feel their bet is an unpopular one, that is what makes them cowards.
