I found a link with data by state; check the second .xlsx file there. Found three exceptions:

Hawaii - Iloko, 50k; Tagalog, 39k; Japanese, 38k; Spanish, 31k

Maine - French, 33k; Spanish, 12k

Vermont - French, 8k; Spanish, 7k
