I had a setback yesterday in that a community I’d tried to get active again (“out of context comics”) had a lot of rule-breaking posts the past week or two, culminating with an especially annoying one yesterday. I’d tried to publicly raise the issue via a concerned post, but there are no active mods there, and little seeming concern for the rules. And I’m not interested in modding a 3rd community at this time, either.
So I gave up, and unsubscribed. Not my finest moment, and maybe I’ll revisit at some point, but I guess part of the issue is that it’s not necessarily enough for a /c to have an active userbase, but needs an active mod or two, as well.
