I can see from the comments the problem now, but it wasn’t so bad it jumped at me. I was thinking at first it was the fact they were storing the card info online. Which I realize a lot of places do and people are okay with, but that is honestly more unhinged these days than where the address field is.
thats the worst part. I to missed the fee that is not easy to see. I think that is the point of the bad design.
in my region, if they want to store that info, they have to do regular pentests etc. probably worldwide, but not sure.

I see 2 things :
- the credit card numbers and the address boxes are mixed
- there is a 40$ service fee
