This is great news. There were always people doubting Eutelsat and Germany, but from the moment I read they made a successful 5G sattelite test, I knew they can fill the gaps Starlink may intentionally create, thus providing much needed srability.
I also bought Eutelsat stocks, which were very cheap and already made more than 100% profit. I still hold half of it. To me, it seems like a top investment in these trying times.
isn’t Metro B2B ?
The V2 wasn’t cheap either, just the Nazis used forced labour. It’s 14m in length and has complicated rocket propulsion, while the Shahed is only 3.5m and has just a shitty propeller.
He doesn’t have to, but it’s a kind gesture and is good for publicity.
possible, but at least the discounters lidl and aldi have peanut butter
I’m a bit confused. Every German supermarket has peanut butter. Most multiple kinds, like with or without crunch, certified organic, with cottonseed oil, etc… Did you have a different experience?
They can just keep hiring hitmen until there’s just chill successors left 😆
I wonder, if it would be cheaper to just hire a russian hitman to take out putin and his goons. He causes the death of thousands of people every day. It seems unfair he gets to live in safety.

No, during COVID Germans gained the right to call their doctor, instead of visiting, to get a certificate of incapacity, so they would not risk to infect others on the way to the doctor. This had the side effect of more sicknesses being official and registered. Previously short sicknesses went undocumented, because the employer has to pay the employee in Germany for sick leave for 7 weeks anyway and only at the 3rd day a certificate, which makes it official, is required. So people sick for only 1 or 2 days are now popping up in the statistics, even though they were likely like that all the time, but unofficially.
Without the increase in sick days, the German economy could have grown by around 0.5% in 2023, instead of retracting by 0.3%
that’s not true: The system when and how Germans had to call in sick had changed 2 times due COVID, which affected the numbers.
that low a number isn’t even worth processing.
could it be it never was an actual problem? /s
gotta milk those last 5 readers
it’s not open source tho.
and while nvidia stock price tanked a bit, it also had smaller bumps back up again. could even out over the next weeks.
Gotta learn some languages. English is very easy to learn. Short words, small set of characters, not too many irregularities, etc… Will always be my favorite.
The people doing this are diplomats. They avoid burning bridges. It’s their job to keep trying to get the best solution for their country, even if it seems totally screwed. They’ll try to fix it as good as possible. Sometimes they can still find good compromises. If not, at least they tried instead of giving up right away.
