In March, the city of Vista installed berms and bollards in bike lanes throughout much of the city in an effort to keep cyclists safe. Now, just a few months later, the city is removing berms and bollards in some areas.

    You either put a buffer between the parking and the bike lane, such that opening car doors don’t intrude into it, or you remove the parking entirely.
