Marea Neagră a devenit roșie. Nu în totalitate, ci în special în zona portului turistic Tomis. Este un fenomen destul de rar întâlnit pe litoralul românesc. Biologii spun că un anumit tip de algă este motivul pentru care apa mării şi-a schimbat culoarea.
