Definitely, I see a lot of potential as it mitigates a bit the problems that come with federation. On the threadiverse you almost don’t notice it, but on mastodon it can be quite jarring.
And if they do that they could also embed peertube videos properly, so channels ate more exposed across fedi.

What do you mean by groups? Are you talking about groups like how they’re described in this fedi.tips article?
