Link is dead?
This is a port of an N64 title that launched back in 1998.
From the article!
Well…if it were the N64 version, they’d put it on their Nintendo Switch Online service with the other N64 games, right?.. Lol
I always wanted to play this game as a kid, seeing the ads everywhere. Never got around to it.
Is it any good?
(Cult following doesn’t mean good necessarily, lol)
Included Games:
- Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
- Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
- Capcom Fighting Evolution
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER
- Power Stone
- Power Stone 2
- Project Justice
- Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
These may be more “underdog” games, but the two Power Stone games and Project Justice have sold me on this! (… eventually, when it’s discounted, lol)
There are lots of region-locked digital games. Having a Japanese account is easy. Having a Japanese payment method is hard.
I wish I had the space and will for this! It’s an incredible collection that just keeps getting bigger.
Xbox “Series” is the stupidest name for a mainstream game console since the WiiU. And the Xbox One is pretty dumb, too.
How do I look up games for the original Xbox? People used to call it the Xbox 1 when the 360 came out.
What about Xbox-exclusive games? Well, can’t call them Xbox series anymore.
They cemented themselves as a permanent underdog after trying to keep up with Sony. It worked for the PS360 era, but it seems they’ve been getting lost ever since then.
IIRC, it did change at some point around when the Switch came out. I seem to recall gold points being available from physical games forever, and not expiring. But maybe that was in the DS days…
