My front yard is all sun.
My backyard is a a shaded oasis. I have a few trees, lots of vining plants, and tall shrubs and other native species.
The differrnce between the two on a hot day can be 30°F
And the humidity level drops…precipitously.
This has been the assumption for some time now.
Body thinks it get sugar. Body produces enzymes, hormones, chemicals, etc to process sugar. No sugar or calories to metabolize. Body hungry.
Certain genetic mutations or chains of DNA can produce traits or characteristics a person exhibits, and can be hereditary.
Like diabetes, addiction, the way you and your dad have the same humor, natural abilities or inclination towards a subject, food allergies,
These traits could dictate a lifestyle, somewhat loosely defined .
Obviously a sllly walk would mean you are an antisocial disestablishmentarianist out for blood pudding.

My point, i guess i was trying to get at, is that the difference between concrete jungles and natural greenspaces is obvious even in this microcosm of my own.
I am surrounded by asphalt and concrete and highways.

I know I’m an outlier and fortunate. So i do whatever i can for my fellow creatures and plantlife.
