In my eyes the quality went up a lot after that wake up call made them overhaul their production process, but it’s a shame it took one. For the Billat Labs testing on the wrong card, the private emails did eventually come out showing Billet Labs agreed to doing it that way and then lied about it, so I’s hard to sympthasize.
