I have watched many, many videos of Ukraine giving individual Russian soldiers a personalized drone for them to eat.
They never go hungry after that.

The optimal survival strategy for any Russian soldier stuck in Ukraine, is to destroy anything, or anyone that attempts to stop them from returning home.
As it turns out, minding your own business, trying not to be political in Russia turns you into cannon fodder.
