5·26 days agovery happy here with the !fluxer_app@lemmy.world community.
The discord alternative is growing a lot and the community already achieved significant changes, such as removing the CLA from the README
How are your communities doing?

6·1 month agoWelp. I wasn’t expecting it, but the !fluxer_app@lemmy.world community had more activity than I thought in it’s first day of existence, it was a really positive surprise.
I think you can try opening an issue on github https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues about lemmy posts not displaying every picture you posted on mastodon.
I don’t know if they’ll be able to solve it alone, I believe they’ll need to talk to someone responsible for mastodon for a collaboration perhaps.
I see. Looks like mastodon handles the pictures like an image gallery/carousel. Maybe this is a problem with the ActivityPub protocol, perhaps the mastodon and lemmy team can talk to figure how to better integrate the federation on this point (assuming it’s possible)
As the other user already mentioned, the first line in your post is the lemmy title. Tag the community at the end instead of the beginning of the post.
Also, how did you post the art pieces on mastodon? I tried opening the link on the original instance that posted it, but I’m getting an error, do you have a picture of the post?

So not sure if it was removed or intentionally blocked.
I’m also not sure. Sorry.
I think they are. I’ve never seem anyone complain in a community before.

5·2 months agovery cool! Thank you for your hard work.
I think you can block the news communities.
I think you can also block keywords, or maybe this will be allowed only on Lemmy 1.0. I’m not sure right now.

2·2 months agoyeah, I really like the web interface, it would be cool to have this functionality here as well
