    Yeah, I’m kinda lost, myself. The internal terms for “community” (and equivalents) aren’t going to change, so I’m only talking about how to best understand what they are.

    I figured we had a miscommunication. Thanks for clarifying and I think you are right with adding that language to any on-boarding guide/wiki.

    I don’t know that anti-Reddit users would have a problem with “sub.”

    You could very well be right. It’s distinctly possible I’ve simply run into too many anti-reddit users and they’re simply a small vocal minority rather than a plurality of the users.
