    It’s not surprising, but it is frequently overlooked, how many people think the universal right answer happens to be the one that benefits them.

        There’s a few ways around that. You either convince people that they are rich enough for this stuff to matter to them, or that they will be one day, or that they’re voting in the sense of fairness, even if they’re not directly impacted.

        Although most of the times these days, the strategy is to make people afraid of progressive politics. It will do them harm personally.
