I did research. rumble.com is known for allowing hate speech and misinformation. Because of this, many federated servers have blocked them.

rumble.com is a banned domain but is unbannable if you want. It looks like it is part of the list that is imported at instance creation. I don’t know the first thing about rumble as a site, but that is why the post isn’t working.
