4am idea: get close enough to your neighbors that it becomes fine to casually offer some takeout for them, install gps trackers into the boxes, find out who keeps throwing shit on the floor then dump your fence pile on their porch. If it’s from a passer-by get some cameras with a face recognition setup going and dump it in their car instead.
