      Organizing people - especially who’ve lived in an area for generations - is like herding cats!

      I’m reminded of the first Roman Emperor Augustus, a man of near-infinite power and wealth (within the context of Ancient Rome) being unable to make his beautiful forum perfectly square because a small handful of people wouldn’t sell their property for any price, and he had to just build around them.
