As far as I’m aware, here in Denmark you can be nude on your property as much as you want to, as long as your nudity isn’t an attempt to make unwilling people part of some sexual thing. Like you can be naked in your front yard, but you can’t keep eye contact with people passing by while furiously masturbating. Sunbathing with your tits out though? People can look away.
I suppose if you’re laying naked in your front yard, you consent to people taking a peek, but everything with a bit of common sense. You’re not gonna be popular around the neighborhood if you’re staring and drooling.
