In March, the city of Vista installed berms and bollards in bike lanes throughout much of the city in an effort to keep cyclists safe. Now, just a few months later, the city is removing berms and bollards in some areas.

    1. That’s not airborne. That’s a bounce with wheels still firmly planted.

    2. Looks like it slowed the car down nicely.

    I would happily have that between me and a motorist who can’t stay in their lane.
