I wish there was a quantitative way to study stress of regular users of that street, because just hearing from New Yorkers after the added tolls has been so positive with how much more calm the streets are.
@PhatalFlaw@destructdisc increase in retail sales indirectly but quantatively measures it. Or at least it probably does, it’s hard to imagine that more relaxed shoppers aren’t more likely to return sooner.
